Indianapolis would be a good smaller project for the guys who are doing the Hawaiin islands when they finish that. Second hub for FedEx and along with the new terminal it could be a successful airport if done to FSDT standards.

Detroit and Minneapolis could do with some good scenery for FSx, so too could Memphis. I agree with others that Pheonix would be a very good seller, so too would Philadelphia. It'd be nice to see Hartford, CT done well too. FSDT could also have some success with a ski-destination package of smaller airfields (Sun Valley, Aspen and Vail).
Have you ever herd of Dreamscenery ??? Theirs a version for FSX and FS9 :) NOW only if the update was finished, been waiting for a long time for it. :P

Phoenix is really outdated, LA could use a major upgrade.

Lets see LAX 4 years old (need to bring it up to FSDT standards), PHX is 8 years old (bring up to FSDT standards).

We would like to see a group of these done:KIAH,KSAT,KELP,KAUS,KDEN,KPHX,KABQ,KLAX,and we still have the Hawaiian first package to be released. ;)
Their could be a few more added to the list, but the above sums it up for the most part. 8)

Lets not forget KEWR, KSEA, FACT, and FAJS. I think that should complete the list.   ;D
