Rookie GSX Question about new aircraft

Hello all,

I have installed GSX Level 2 and also the Level 2 Expansion for p3d v4.5. The product works perfectly for my PMDG 737ngx, but not with any other aircraft. I'm assuming there is a bit of setup I must need to do in order for it to work at the gate with my other airplanes. I have read the GSX manual but honestly don't know what my first step should be. When I open GSX>Customize Aircraft from the P3D addon menu, it give me a message that the aircraft is not configured.

I'm sure there is a thread that would help somewhere in the pages of this forum, but I need a nudge in the right direction.

That's precisely why your aircraft doesn't work, while the PMDG 737 does, you are trying to use an airplane before it's configured for GSX, while the PMDG 737 is internally supported. Look in the GSX manual at Pages 51-55, where Aircraft customization is explained.
