I have 10 Classic/Vintage airliners, all tail draggers.  I never get the Marshaller on a ladder so they can be seen.  I have to do all my parking watching the position numbers.  Have tried moving the Marshaller closer and further away but makes no difference.

Would appreciate advice on how to resolve.  Let me know if you need additional information.

Thanks,

Garry

It would be useful to have an example of these planes.

The decision to show the marshaller on a ladder is made depending on both the marshaller distance and the airplane eyepoint so, it would be useful to have an example to check if this is set correctly in the airplane. And, with taildraggers, the eyepoint might not be enough.

Sure, no problem.  I have tried it on all of the following... AN-2, DHC-2, D18S, B247D, DC-3, Ford Tri-Motor, Gruman Goose and DH-89a.
Hope that helps...let me know if you need anything else.
