Frequent "License Failure"

Hi, how do I get tech support? I was at a page that asks to enter my email to get my license info. But it's not working. No errors, so apparently the email is good. I've tried three times already and still no email. Please advise. Thank you.

If the Self-help site said it has sent an email, you can be sure it has been sent so, the first thing to check is your Spam folder. This, of course, assuming the email you used to purchase the product originally is still valid.
If the original email is not usable anymore, you should contact support ( address is on the "Contact Us" page of this site ) indicating:
- the email you used to buy the product
- a new email you want to use from now on
