Could not find valid AFCAD
« on: August 19, 2022, 05:02:04 am »
Hi it was really quite a surprise that the FSDT team released GSX pro today, thank you so much!

However, I'm getting the "Could not find valid AFCAD Data at this position, services are not available" and I've tried a mix of 3rd party, Marketplace and default airport and I'm still getting the same error.

Attached is my couatl.log file, hope anyone can get back to me soon, I'm really looking forward to using the software, Thanks!

Run the Live Update later on, it's likely haven't got all new files, because cloudflare servers are still replicating. As an alternative, try a full reinstall:

- Uninstall everything using the FSDT Installer

- Uninstall the FSDT Installer itself from the Control Panel

- Go into your Addon manager folder (the one you chose for the installation) and remove the whole folder

- Run the installer again.

Check the GSX Settings if you have a copyright year of 2022. If not, you haven't got the latest files from the server so, you just have to run Live Update later, they will eventually reach you.

How can I access that? cause everytime I click on the gsx in-game menu it just narrates the error.

Check the filesize ( in bytes ) for this file:

c:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\couatl\GSX\__INIT__.PYE

You both have the right file but, of course, another file could be outdated, I just chose one as a test.

Try to add the whole Addon manager folder to the antivirus Exclusion and run the updater again.
