You should ask Aerosoft, because it doesn't depends on us.

The only thing needed from our side to support an airport in AES, are the gmax source models for the jetways. Since we used the same models as in KLAX, it means Oliver already has them, so he can support CYVR at any time, without any input from us.

The issue is, CYVR already comes with free GSX support and already comes with docking systems and animated jetways so, using it in AES would only get you less buggy jetways and that's it, but you would end up paying the full amount of credits anyway. Note that, in order to get docking systems at CYVR, you must install GSX anyway, which is of course free to use there so, you can consider it as a basically required download.

Perhaps this is the reason why it hasn't been included in AES: not many people might end up purchasing credits just to get a bit more reliable jetways, which is something we'll end up fixing anyway sooner or later, at least for all our airports, and most people using CYVR would have GSX installed in any case either as purchased or as a free download, since it won't make any difference at CYVR and GSX is required at CYVR, if only to get the docking systems.

I'd say you would be better served spending your credits to add an airport that comes with static jetways only and/or would require purchasing GSX to be supported.
