Not able to validate the coupon /KJFK V2

Hello,

I tried to buy the new KJFK version 2.0, but when I insert the coupon code, I have the following message:

The coupon entered is subject to order requirements that were not met. You may try another coupon, or proceed without entering a coupon.

Despite that I have KJFK FSX 1.2.1, I cannot use the coupon for the new version. Do you have any suggestions?

E-mail changes

The system checks the email you are using to purchase JFK V2 that must be the same of the one used to purchase JFK V1. If you changed the email in the meantime, please have a look at the Esellerate support site here for explanations how to update your email address:

Yes, indeed it was the issue. Thanks for your suggestion.

I was able to install the new KJFK V2 successfully after removing the previous version, but I cannot validate the SR number.

Addon Manager 2.9.0.6: JFK Active but Not Installed

Could you please advise?

That's because you selected JFK, instead of JFK V2.
