« on: February 14, 2012, 02:46:55 pm »
Hello
I bought GSX there one week. I did the update and after landing, my staircase does not move so when my back stairs pushback stays put.
And the update does not happen automatically.

Thank you for answering me

This sentence is not very clear to understand: describe which airport, which parking, which airplane and exactly what operation you selected ( boarding/deboarding ) etc.

Yes, it does. But there are two kind of updates, minor and major. Only minor updates can be applied automatically, major updates requires to exit from FSX and install the Stand-Alone Addon Manager.

Sorry, I still don't understand, the stairs don't move automatically, you need to choose an operation like boarding/deboarding.

Your video is too low resolution to read the text and understand exactly what you did and which service vehicles came, better if you remove it.

Can't you simply name which airport and which gate you were in, and what you did ? Boarding, Deboarding, Pushback, all of them ?

My video is very clear (HD), for a readable text must be:-bring it into full screen
                                                                            -Put it in HD
I said again you is when deboarding, in all airport and all the doors. >:(

My video is very clear (HD), readable text.

But it's missing the information we need to check the problem, like which airport, which gate and which handling company, which is why I've asked for them, and there wasn't any need for a video to communicate that.

I'll ask it again: which airport, which gate, and which handling company was announced when you selected Deboarding ?

Since it doesn't happen here, and nobody obviously reported it at "all airports", it must be a problem of that airport, so I'll repeat it again, the video doesn't show the only information that we need to check the problem, which is:

- Airport

- Gate

- Handling company

Please, don't reply again that it happens with all airport and I need to see the video. AS I'VE SAID, the video, even in "HD" is still too low resolution to get one of the 3 informations that I'm trying to get from you, which is the handling company, since it's not possible to understand the logo on the staircase, even in HD.
