GSX Pro won’t work?

Hi all,
I’m not a constant flyer but I do keep my purchased programs up to date. I have had this issue for a little while now even after keeping the product updated. I load my aircraft which is mainly PMDG 737/777 at a gate and load sunburned etc but when I click to start GSX it does not startup. I occasionally get a message saying gate is too small but it does not give the selection page. I try several times but at most I get the box with the circle of death in the middle, either way that is as far as I get?? I don’t have masses of time on my hands so I find it very frustrating and I end up just flying the aircraft without GSX which is disappointing after purchasing this software. As I say it is updated to the latest version but it will not load! Can anyone please help because when it did work I loved it because it gave more immersion to my flight? Please follow all the suggestions in the manual, starting from Page 95, where general Troubleshooting is discussed ( antivirus, etc ), and especially Page 97, with the whole chapter dedicated to menu not loading issue.
