This parking is isolated - Ground services not available (KFAT-Fly2High)

Umberto,

first time I have ever received this message via GSX for the abovementioned 3rd party payware airport.

It occurs at Gate 12.

Can you let me know what it means and how I may work around it if possible.

PS: I am setting up ground services for the airport. 2 Gates claim they are isolated whilst the other remaining gates are fine.

If it happens only on a single gate, it's because the scenery has a problem with that gate connection.
