Fuel truck vs Set Fuel from Boeing 787 FMC

I have been using Set Fuel from the FMC of a the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, and when I request GSX Pro fuel truck, am prompted to input fuel again.  GSX Pro is stuck at this prompt.

Is there a way to bypass GSX Pro prompt to input fuel payload that is calculated in Simbrief, and just include animation only like Catering service?

Are you setting the fuel quanity in the FMC before the fuel truck arriives, or after?

If you are entering it before the fuel truck arrives and you are prompted to that is why it keeps wanting the fuel entered.

I set fuel amount in FMC before requesting fuel truck.  If I request truck first before setting fuel amount in FMC, will this be accepted by the GSX Pro prompt as my selection?

You don't want to set the fuel in the FMC until after you call the fuel truck and the fuel truck has hooked up to the airplane. Otherwise it has no idea what you started out with. It'll tell you when to input the fuel into the FMC.

Tried holding refueling Dreamliner from FMC until GSX Pro fuel truck hooked up to left wing.  When GSX prompted to fuel aircraft, I clicked on the menu in FMC but was prompted again every min or so.  Couldn't execute GSX pushback until restarted GSX.
