Crew boarding in loop

After the last 2 updates, crew boarding never stops  - crew continually leave the bus and board - only option is to restart coatl and, usually the crew will now board normally.
Grateful for any help in resolving

Doesn't happen here and nobody reported it. Please clarify exactly the airplane used and, if possible, provide with a diagnostic log of the session.
