Please clarify:
- Are you missing the whole Seated Passengers window
- You have the Window, but it's empty ?
In the first case, you don't have the latest installer, which is not normal not to get, because the installer updates itself. You can try the OFFLINE installer so it won't be affected by possible network issues.
In the second case, there might be a problem with the airplanes not recognized.
