Passengers don't seat
« on: June 07, 2024, 05:01:35 pm »
Here we go again

Today I installed the latest update, I was so excited for this feature. Tested with my beloved Fenix A320, using the GSX boarding integration an usual. 82 passengers expected

The bus arrives, passengers enter the plane, they go in the corridor, they bench like they are about to seat, but... pouf... they disappear

Once the boarding is complete, the airplane is empty as usual

I tried to launch the installer twice, but nothing....

you have to go to the gsx config menu (install) and check the box next to fenix b2

You need to do BOTH:

- Enable passengers

- IF you use a VC View, the cockpit door must be opened. If you use External or Showcase, it's not required.

Weird. In drone view it works. When I switch to cockpit view they board the plane but disappear when they are about to take their seats (cockpit door is open).

This I believe is an issue with customized cabin textures, specifically seats. I have tested Delta liveries from JV; one from flightsim.to and one from the Fenix App. The flightsim.to has customized seats with IFE screens, and I get an error for that livery when I check the box in GSX Config. With the livery from the Fenix app, it has normal seats, and I do not have an issue; the pax board and stay with normal textures.

same problem here. i saw a video where Avgeek said to deselect, close then select it again and it will work, but this didn’t work for me. 1) passengers disappear when they sit down. 2) the cockpit door IS open. 3) i tried the “cabin visibility” option but it did not work. 4) reinstalling does not fix it.

hopefully someone has a way to fix it. this is a pretty cool feature.

I have this issue also and being mid-flight can't really start to troubleshoot it.

Of those who have reported the problem are your Fenix and livery installations in the regular Community Folder?  I use Addon Linker with liveries installed in a non-Community folder but linked via Addon Linker?
