More Baggage?

Is there a way to increase the amount of baggage/bins that are loaded/unloaded? It seems pretty odd to have a fully loaded MD-11 and only load 3 bins.

If you use Simbrief, try to increase cargo load when generate a flight plane.

You don't say if it's a Passenger airplane or a Cargo airplane.

As explained in the manual, which has a dedicated chapter about how the number carts is calculated (chapter named "Variable number of Luggage/Cargo carts", Page 81), the number of carts is variable from 1 to 3 per loader for Passenger airplanes and from 1 to 5 for Cargo airplanes, explaining the two reasons why those two figures have been chosen:

It's capped at 3 per loader for Passenger airplanes, for the following TWO reasons:

1) Since GSX came out, it was FIXED at 3 (now it's variable, UP TO 3), so the hundreds of existing airport profiles which have painstakingly set up the loaders start positions for thousands of parking spots assuming there were always 3 carts max, won't have to be remade again

2) Each extras baggage cart loader adds 2 objects for the cart itself + 11 objects for luggage so, if we allowed up to 5 loaders per cart, we would create 52 extra Simobject that would add up to reaching the infamous Simobject Limit, which causes all sort of malfunctions, from disappearing objects up to stopping Simconnect, and eventually crash the sim.

It's extended to UP TO 5 per loaders on Cargo airplanes for the following TWO reasons:

1) Cargo parking spots are usually way larger, so there's space for longer carts.

2) Each cart only loads 1 ULD instead of 11 bags, so the impact on the number of Simobjects is less severe.
