GSX error

Dears all,

when I try to use GSX during my flights I get this error displayed and I have no ground service arriving.

when I run the FSDT installer it is up to date with version 2.9.1

and the 3rd attachment is the log

It seems you have an incomplete installation, since you don't have fuel or pushback vehicles.

- Configure the antivirus and add the whole Addon Manager folder to the Antivirus Exclusions.

- Run the FSDT Installer and select the "Check" button over GSX Pro.

Your problem doesn't have anything to do with the one discussed here,  and your screenshots don't show the most important part, which is the error Details button you should have clicked, so we can see the error.

Of course, I can't reproduce it but, if you could provide the error details, I might be able to have a better idea why it happens for you.

I have the same error as romoni.

Reinstalling GSX has not fixed the error.

after I excluded the Addon Manager folder, Couatl_Updater.exe and Couatl_Updater2.exe in Windows Defender,
the configuration of the FSDG Live update only ran without errors once. The next time it is there again.

When I restart the computer, I can run the configuration exactly once without errors.

yes, after updating to version 2.9.3 the error is back.

An exclusion of the Addon Manager folder in Microsoft Defender fixed the error in version 2.9.2. This no longer works!

The updater .EXE is unchanged from the previous version so, if the antivirus solution worked in 2.9.2, there's no reason it wouldn't in 2.9.3
