Why does Missing airport ground textures keep disappearing ?

Hi,

Why does the issue as depicted in the attached screenshot keep happening to me, please ??

Airport = fly2high KFAT (but it happens in most airports) , no GSX profile , executed exclude 3rd party sceneries.

Looks like DX12 issue

It's a very well-known issue that happens only with DX12.
