You are not fully updated because the Audio setting page now has 3 separate selectors and volume sliders for each device, plus a fourth main volume slider, so that's a clear indication you are not fully updated.
Normally, is not possible to be outdated, especially if you reinstalled GSX, which would always perform a Live Update at the end so, it might be possible something on your end is blocking the update, like an antivirus or a firewall.
- Be sure the whole Addon Manager folder is excluded from the antivirus
- Be sure no firewall is blocking the updater
- Run the FSDT Live Update again
Now, I suggest waiting a bit before doing this, because we are releasing a new update today, so it's not safe to update before you see the updated release notes published. Use the "Release Notes" in the installer to check when they are.
