Of course is not an issue, and of course it doesn't require a complete restart, it never did.

Now, whether it is an issue for YOU, it's a completely different matter and HOW to fix it in your system, depends on a proper report of the problem, which in your case is lacking, because you are not saying:

- Is this happening on starting the simulator, or during flight?

- If this this happening on starting the simulator, is JUST an issue of not starting automatically with the sim, for which we have an appropriate Sticky  thread here, aptly named "Couatl starts manually, but not automatically with the simulator":

- If this this happening on starting the simulator but you still can't fix it by starting manually, so it's NOT "just" a matter of "not starting automatically", but it's a matter of not starting AT ALL, why you opened a new thread with a useless title (do you think is helping others finding a solution when a thread that might be related to them is called "why oh why"?), when there's already a proper Sticky thread, with a proper title "Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem"

Which you should have posted together with your startup Log, as instructed there ?

- Finally, the 3rd possible case why you might see this message, which you haven't clarified is: everything starts normally BUT, you get that message during or after a flight, suggesting the program might have crashed mid-flight.

This is of course another completely different issue, which would also require a log and some description where it happened (during flight, after landing, etc.)
