same problem for me!  after the latest updates problems with 737 pmdg.. in some airports (not all), the stairs stop and get stuck and gsx starts to crash.  tried yesterday with Lira Ciampino and the problem was if I activated the native GPU of the pmdg.. until a few weeks ago no problem.
I hope it gets fixed in the next updates!

How do you expect an "help", when the last post on this thread said:

You could have spared the "almost a week still no help", comment, since it would be expected after such post to consider the issue solved. If it's not yet solved for you, provide reproduction steps, including all possible details, like airplane used, scenery, parking position, etc.

Hi Umberto ....

2nd quote wasnt me that wrote it ....

alternatively i think i found the problem after a few hours of messing about  .... gsx profiles for the airports removed them from the folder and it worked properly ... put them back it did that funky crap with the rear stairs not extending to the aircraft and then crashing the menu and coautal script.

also this issue only happend to me with the pmdg 737 800 and 700 not the fenix ... and it was doing it at all airports.

It's not possible to say more without having a look at the profile that is causing this.

Hi,

I tried 2 different profiles on two different airports and both did the same thing i am really out of ideas on how to get this issue solved ... i dont get why getting rid of the profiles makes the gsx work again ...

It's not possible to say more without having a look at the profile that is causing this.

GSX version 2.5.1 installed
For me it's happening at Digital Designs EGGP - all gates
PMDG 737-800
Oliver Pope profile https://flightsim.to/file/39346/digital-design-eggp-gsx-profile

Tried also MK Studios Dublin V2 happening at multiple gates there
PMDG 737-800
Gregc320 profile https://flightsim.to/file/52474/mk-studios-dublin-v2-airport-eidw-gsx-profile

The process I use is load in, select operate stairs, front stairs dock fine, rear stairs dock a few feet away from the rear of the aircraft as in the screens shared in this thread. Coautl scripting engine hangs. Always the rear stairs affected.

Log file attached from the Dublin attempt

Please indicate which gates have the problem, at both airports.

Please indicate which gates have the problem, at both airports.

Gates 3, 4, 5 were tested at EGGP with the same results.

Gate 109C was tried at EIDW with same results.

Pretty certain its a problem that is affecting all airstair gates with the PMDG 737 at the moment, but haven't tried them all

109c in dublin is also an issue for me ....

But these issues are only happening with PMDG and not Fenix
