GSX Pro Jetway Boarding Instantly

Hello,

For any airport or any model of aircraft when i start boarding at gates, it boards instantly. Boarding number increases like 10,70,140. Also no animatin naturally

i have no problem with deboarding through jetways, it works normal with animations. Also boarding and deboarding works normal with bus.

i tried delete the add on and reinstall it and it changed nothing. Anyone has any idea how can i fix this ?

That means the jetway hasn't been recognized as docked.

Please provides precise, exact, reproduction steps, indicating the airplane used, the scenery used, the gate used, the exact sequence of GSX operations, like if you used it after landing, if you restarted it after landing, etc.
