Error when requesting Jetway **SOLVED in 2.4.1**

Can replicate this. Tried the live installer, then used the offline installer.

I am having the same problem. I tried using the default a320 at the default KMIA and still had the issue.
I am was using the operate Jetway command.
The gate used was gate 52

I already posted earlier in this very thread, indicating what should always be provided in any error report. I'll copy it again here:

So, please, always include everything in your report like:

- the airplane used

- the scenery used, if it's no default, identify the scenery. If you have a custom GSX profile for it, identify the profile.

- the gate used, of course

- the precise, exact, sequence of operations in GSX. Like if you just called "Operate Jetways", or "Boarding", or something else in another other.

I'm using Fenix A320, and when I was trying to activate the jetway, a message prompted me to see the log file, start the update (which I did I did two times before, even with a full privilege account) and restart the Couatl engine.

I have to mention that issue appeared after I updated MSFS to SU12.

As explained so many times, when reporting a problem, you should always include as many details as possible, so it can be tested and possibly reproduced, which of course is the most important step to be eventually fixed.

I tried the first report, SBGR Gate 18, using the default A320, no issues and no errors, other than the fact the default airport I tried, the jetway is on the wrong (right) side of the parking spot, which is clearly a scenery error, but the jetway works.

I tried the other report at KPIT Gate 18, which doesn't exists in the default scenery, so the user must have an add-on scenery, but failed to identify it, so I can't check. I tried another random gate with a jetway and, other than the fact the parking is too small (another scenery problem), if I set it to ignore the size, the jetway works with no errors.

So, please, always include everything in your report like:

You posted in the wrong section ( the FSX/P3D section ), so I moved your post here and merged in the appropriate thread, so we'll keep the forum tidy.

Please follow the suggestions posted here, that are:

- Be sure you run the FSDT Live Update and be sure you have your antivirus configured to have the whole Addon Manager folder added to the Exclusions.

- If that doesn't work, try to download and install the Offline installer posted in this same forum, in the Sticky thread named "Offline Installer"

- If that still doesn't work, post another log made after you tried all the previous steps, indicating all details I posted in the message just above this one.

I have an error message and prompt to restart Coultil when I try requesting Jetway.  It is at default airport, using latest Developer update of FBW320NX with latest SU12 update and latest GSX Pro update from today.

Error log attached.  I can maually operate jetway using aircraft flypad, and passengers can be seen boarding when I request boarding.  But try to get GSX to operate jetway and it gets this error.
