GSX is crashing with remote de-icing

Have the issue also at LSZH so have it with the standard stuff too... just did a check file didn't solved the issue now a reinstall...

Solved the issue the error is with the Honda jet and Vision Jet with the Fenix and PMDG all works fine hope it's helpfull

Could be you didn't configure the Deicing In and Out points on the airplane with the two non internally supported airplanes ?

Yes correct did the de-icing points with the smaller aircraft.

Hello Umberto,
I have the following problem with the working title Cj4 and the Norman Brigten Islander BN2 from Black Box.

The GSX service works on both planes, but not the deicing. (See log files in the attachment).

I am standing in EDDN at the parking lot and can use the GSX menu Point 1 (click deicing here.) I can also hear the voice saying that the deicing trucks are on their way, at the same time the program crashes with the said error message.

All default asobo planes work perfectly at this stand.

I also edited the deicing in and out on both planes using the editor. An ini file is in the directory for both machines.

I also updated GSX using offline manager.

Now I don't know anymore.

Do you have any idea?

As I've said in my previous post:

Could be you didn't configure the Deicing In and Out points on a non internally supported airplane ? It might be helpful looking at the airplane profile you made for that airplane.

As described above, I created the deicing points in and out using the Customize Airplane Editor.

I also downloaded the WT CJ4 profile here from the forum.

I don't know what "non internally supported airplane" is supposed to mean.

What surprises me is that the default Asobo Cessna Logitude works. and it's not that different...

If an airplane is not already included in the GSX internal database, you must create a profile for it before doing anything in GSX, and the profile must be complete, with all points set correctly.

The airplane configuration editor will tell you if the airplane is already included in the GSX internal database or not, where it's taking its data from.

Also have the same problem.  Have configured the aircraft door so passengers do load, also push-back tug works and re-fueling.  With de-icing (see attached screen shots that show it's configured) GSX just crashes, with the "Couatl Scripting Error" message...and no de-icing ever happens.  I do get the verbal announcement "commencing de-icing" just before the error message.  I am also not in a parking spot.  Have tried at 2 default airports and one payware airport.

Has this been resolved? I'm having the same error with the Comanche. GSX updated to latest version, plane configured for deicing, has the wingroot and wingtip values in the config file. Same exact error as the original poster.
