Do you suggest removing the elevation entry or using the GSX alt adjust again?

Removing the elevation entry from the .ini file makes no difference to the EDDH GSX jetways which remain floating upon arrival.

If using ORBX you need to prioritize via Insertion Point.

Thanks but the insertion point is correct, the issue is with GSX since the Pro release.

Try reboot PC machine, deactivate AV momentarily, run UTLive update and test EDDH airport.

Whilst not technically required as all relevant folders are excluded from AV the antivirus was temporarily disabled and live-update run. NO files were updated at all.

Happy New Year 2023.
At the moment I don't have such GSX jetways issues so far with my system FSX, P3Dv4, P3Dv5 and MSFS sims.
So, it has to be elevations issues from sceneries and/or priorities library listing from the sim.
As a last resort I would uninstall the sim and reinstall from scratch following with GSX first.

As I have said it is a GSX issue exacerbated by the Pro release. Only simwings adev5 afcads had issues prior to this as posted in 2020.

I just did a flight from FSDT ORD to FSDT HNL and had this issue upon arrival, the jetways were sunken. I opened the scenery configuration and checked elevation, said 4, then i pressed the plane icon to the right to update the value to reality, still showed 4, clicked apply and my jetways were fixed.

Something ain't right.

And it's simple to reproduce too, I don't understand whats up. Literally every flight into a gsx jetway airport will trigger it for me..

Hi, same here- when I arrive at LSZH jetways hang around 100m up in the air. So I restart Couatl (in fact it is now part of my routine after touch down) and all GSX elements are in place. Would be great to have it fixed anyway...
Best wishes

I had a problem with the jetways at kjfk where the jetways were on top of the building. When I clicked to bring up the settings box I saw up in the right hand corner, the elevation of the airport. I clicked on that and either the jetways came down or the buildings went up but the jetways went back into their normal position, so maybe its not the jetway but the airport elevation!

It's more likely Airport Elevation issue. You have two solutions:

1 - Fix the airport elevation by going to the airport customization and fixing the airport elevation

2 - If it didn't that work, restart GSX without regenerating cache files
