Totally agree with avantime. It would be enough to have the "Request Boarding" button to become "Board Crew" after the pilots have boarded (if you initially selected to board only the pilots) and "Board passengers and cargo" after the crew have boarded.
There could be an option in the GSX settings to allow to choose between the current behaviour (it could be the default) and the other one.
