The support is not obviously "bad" or "ignoring" anybody. He just got Covid, and it's slowly recovering, which obviously means trying to catch up with messages.
Of course, the last update never broke anything to a point it would "stop working", the only possible reasons why it could are:
- Your antivirus/firewall is interfering. Configure the antivirus to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS and run the Live Update again
- Some of your Windows libraries might be outdated. Be sure your Windows is full updated.
