Proper Config PMDG B737- Start

When using the PMDG 737 what is the correct way to load the aircraft so the default stairs and cones are not there so GSX can load cones and stairs etc. Tried loading Cold and Dark from FMS but stairs are there. I am probably making it harder than it really is.

Just start with any config you like, then send away all the PMDG vehicles, and create a new config called "GSX" ( or "GSX Cold and Dark", "GSX on APU", etc. ) from the PMDG SETUP menu, so you can create multiple configs based on the ones supplied by PMDG, just without vehicles, to be used with GSX.
