GSX Pro doesn't load?

Can't find any diagnostic log an be created.

Have you followed the instructions in the Sticky thread named "How to report an error" which explains how to enable logging ?

No message, just crash.

- Configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning.

- Be sure the firewall is disabled

- Try again

Your log doesn't show any problems, the airport cache has been created correctly, it recognized the airport you are in, including its jetways so, it should just work.

That's the problem.
after i clicked GSX from tool bar, menu showed and closed automatically.

Ok, that's a different issue so, it's not stuck on loading, it's opens and close immediately. Is it possible you have some other add-on or even some hardware that is constantly sending keypresses, so it closed the menu as soon it opened ?

I said it once around 2 days ago about what is going on.
And the descriptions are almost the same.
