GSX not shown as installed

I am in the process of migrating from P3Dv5 to MSFS.
I fully uninstalled any FSDT entry that I found in the control panel of the machine.
Removed the whole %appdata%\virtuali folder and the whole addon manager folder and downloaded the new Universal installer and installed it.
After clicking install GSX will download and install GSX - its also located in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\MSFS" Folder
But in the FSDT Installer it shows always as not installed... see attachments
In the Community folder there are also no links for GSX, only for Basel Airport - this installed correctly.
And as a result in MSFS its therfore not shown in the Toolbar.
Any ideas how to fix this?

I have manually linked the 2 directories with the MSFS Addons Linker and then GSX is showing up and working. But when starting the FSDT Installer the GSX Link is removed again.
after applying the symlink with the tool its working again...

and I have no sounds in GSX. So I hear no truck or instructions from the Ground Crew.
In the config the correct Soundcard is selected and working, as I have an output from the MSFS itself.

Seems that I didnt had GSX activated 
After activation and PC reboot the install downloaded additional files and linked it correctly.
