is it normal that a dont have anymore the link button beside the installed button
You never had a "link" button besides the "Installed" button. The button is the same, and shows:
"Install" if the product is not installed
"Relink" if the product is installed but not linked to the Community Folder
"Installed" if the product is installed and correctly linked.
i still have the message that the couatl engine not started and i still have the same file updated again and again is the new installer was suppose to clear that problem thank you
Which file is "updated again and again" ? As you can see reading the Offline installer instructions, some files ARE supposed to be always downloaded.
