Why are floating drivers
« on: September 01, 2022, 03:25:19 am »
These have been happening to me for a while now, and apparently the issue is caused when the parking customization is done

Specifically, If you are programming an specific parking spot and use the button "airport elevation" to set up the correct elevation, it messes up and put the drivers and baggage in the sky.

So the current solution for me is not to select the airport elevation button and setup the parking spot without it.

I used a third party airport and a different vanilla one.

Hope this help while you guys fix the issue

The airport elevation setting is basically a legacy of FSX/P3D, where sceneries were mostly flat and sometimes there were elevation conflicts between different products.

MSFS works very differently and GSX works vehicles also works very differently, following the actual sloped ground, so there shouldn't be any need to change the airport elevation, we'll disable the box in a future update, because it's confusing.
