Ok, so need to move the points a bit higher then to compensate for the added passengers, bags, fuel?

Yes, or move the point further outside on the wing.

What do the 3 values indicate? Which one is the number to move towards the end of wing?

First lateral, second longitudinal, third is height from ground, so you need to increase the first. But why you don't just do it in 3D ?

How about setting payload to empty before refueling? That's what I always do (as you usually refuel before boarding in GSX) and with the low weight / less gear compression my values always work out (i.e. animations are there). That's probably easier than trying to find a value that does look good AND works for every possible payload.

Going to give that a try right now and see

Ok, it worked this time. Did not add any passengers and luggage before fueling and the proper truck showed up with animations. Now to get the emergency exit doors to close when the beltloaders arrive is another topic, but for this issue it looks like its solved.

Interestingly I had that once (and no more) that the overwing exits opened when i started boarding with GSX. Since then like 10 flights on the 737-700 (and-800) and it happened no more. Now they always stay closed. I *think* it might have happened when I used the FOs (right side) FMC shortly after I started boarding, because GSX apparently literally clicks ont he LSKs to open the doors. Probably I switched the page and it clicked on the overwing exits instead on what it actually wanted to click on.
