See attached JPG - they walk through solid metal and into plain air, then back through solid metal (look at bend in Jetway in photo).  Virtuali, any thoughts?

That airport still has default jetways, so it should have its jetways replaced by GSX. It's a 3rd party modification to KSFO with parking/jetway position moved ?

If yes, you must exclude it from Jetway replacement in the GSX Config, because if jetway positions in a scenery don't match the ones of the replacement files we supply GSX with ( meaning = default ), passengers won't work correctly.

You an also check which airport is using GSX in the scenery customization page, and I would like to see your start up logo in any case, if the problem persists.

Umberto, how to exclude it from jetway replacement? Via FSDT Universal Installer?

Yes, the "Exclude 3rd party" button in the Config page.

No,  this happened at KSFO which is not offered as a 3rd party upgrade airport because Asobo gives a detailed build of this airport within MSFS for some of the upgraded levels of MSFS when you purchase it from Asobo/MS.  Using PMDG 737-700.  Thanks.

As explained in the manual, airports made by Asobo and Microsoft are not automatically selected when excluding 3rd party airports, because they are not all the same, some might work, some not, depending which data they use from the base default airport.

If you notice these problems, you need to add the airport by-ICAO to the disabled list.
