Here's one from me, tested at EGAA gate 12 (walk-in).

There's something weird going on because, your log says one of the passengers ( FSDT_Passenger_CMan_0028 ) is missing, which shouldn't happen, I checked the config file and it's there, I'll do some test with that specific model, but it seems like a failed/incomplete install.

I'm not sure if this helps, but my install process was as follows:

1. Download and instal FSDT Installer.
2. Install GSX from FSDT Installer.
3. Run FSDT Live Update
4. Download offline update installer from forums
5. Run offline update installer

I didn't get any error messages anywhere along the line when installing and all programs were run with admin rights.

Yes, I used the default A320

ok, I didn't noticed you added an error log as well. The menu froze because there was an error but, the error log with logging disabled is not detailed enough so, please, do it again with logging enabled, and post the Couatl.LOG ( not .ERR ) this time.

OK, so I reloaded and recreated my steps as described above in the default and it worked ok, (except I had to manually start Couatl), despite it not working all afternoon. Then I tried the Fenix and that worked. So to make sure, I closed the sim and restarted and tried again with the default A320 and now I just get 'Loading GSX Menu' Hanging. Log attached

I did exactly the above too.

You still have issues of objects that are surely included in GSX that can't be found, they likely appear in different places, so they might not be able to cause an error that would stop the program, but they shouldn't happen nonetheless.

Try the complete reinstall as suggested here:

I did a complete reinstalled as suggested and the error has gone away for me . Thank you.  :)

However Couatl still does not automatically start with the Sim, but not a big problem as easy enough to start myself.

But that's known MSFS problem, which affects every add-on that need to start from the EXE.XML.

I'm halfway through the reinstall, but get an error message during the installation (see attachment).

Same here, Fenix at Kos airport, gate 5. Thought it was due to something wrong with what I did in the editor, but as soon as the stairs are connected, deboarding starts.

As you can see, the installer has been improved to give you feedback of a download going wrong or other issues that might cause a failure to install. Follow the instructions here, to clear the ZIP files you might have kept from a previous install, so they'll be downloaded again:

I did a new reinstall (as per the instructions from the thread you linked) and this one went fine, no error messages.
However, the passengers-deboarding problem is still there. I've attached the new log to this post.

And so of course I forgot to attach it...
Here it is though (see attachment).

Your log doesn't show the error you had before, it seems to indicate as if you exit to the Main menu while boarding was just starting.

Hmmm, strange. The actions I took that are shown by this log are:

1. Load up Fenix A320 at EGAA (Pyreegue) Gate 12
2. Open GSX Menu
3. Select option 'operate stairs'
4. Close GSX Menu
5. Wait for operating stairs to finish
6. Open GSX Menu

At this point the bug comes into play and deboarding starts automatically with the menu being stuck on the 'loading wheel'. I have let deboarding continue for a minute or so (for the sake of the log) before exiting the sim (exit to main menu).
