please make it possible to disable because it takes ages (and more ages as they always walk in alone like being on a catwalk)

As others have said, this is needed. Just make it the same option you get at the end of the deboarding. Even though 9 out of 10 times the crew isn't needed since I'm in the cockpit to start with already and setting up the plane ;)
