Thank you sir. I’ve attempted the support email and sent three subsequent emails asking for assistance and was not answered over the course of the summer. I will forward that email chain once again.
- You sent an email in July 31th, were you wrote you lost the KORD installer for a 2nd time, after you already got it once.
- You HAVE been replied to, JUST 5 HOURS LATER, and I told you the shared folder on Google you sent me didn't work, because you haven't provided me with write permission.
I never got any other emails from you, perhaps they might have been lost, I checked by Spam folder but couldn't find any. I only got a new email from you yesterday. In fact, I got two emails, one asking for the KORD installer, another one saying you needed the KEYW installer instead.
These two emails, of course, has already been answered this morning ( 8:03 AM MY TIME ), and there, I sent you a new kind of installer we are testing, asking for your feedback.
