Missing Passengers

My passengers seem to have disappeared.

For example, the bus pulls up and I get a count of the number of passengers who have boarded/deboarded but I can't see them.

Any suggestion?

You don't say if you have GSX Level 2 activated.

Sorted

Not sure what happened there as it has been installed since 2019 and was working OK.

However, I have just hard the HDD upgraded/cloned as I was running out of space so can only assume the key got lost in that move.
