BGLMANX.DLL please help (GSX error)

i just installled  install gsx a year ago in fsx and it works fine then someday i just reinstalled fsx then when i reinstalled my gsx it gives me bglmanx.dll error i don't know what to do or how to fix this i have read many topics regarding to this but i can't fix it do you know any mean to fix this kind of problem

- Download the current installer for GSX, to be sure you have the latest installer.

- Configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder.

- Run the installer again.
