Fuel Truck blocks Pushback
« on: January 03, 2021, 05:02:16 pm »
Servus,

after turning around, on several occasions, and refueling via FSLabs ATSU and finishing refueling (the GSX fuel truck disappeared already) the menu is still stuck as seen below and does not allow to pushback.
Is this as well an SimConnect issue or is this GSX related?

By the way, having the noselanding gear tug in action, the Ramp Agent still goes to the NLG and pumps up the tow bar, which unnecessarily increases the pushback time. Could you adapt this as well?

Best Regards,
Alexander

Same issue. When refueling is completed, the  fuel truck disconnect and leave then a new truck come and connect but no more fuel needed or requested. Other operation are blocked and a reset of GSX is needed.

Please provide all the following:

- the airplane used

- the precise, exact, sequence of operation you made to refuel

- if you have "multiple trips" option enabled or not

- if you have the automatic servicing option enabled or not

It is with the FSLABS Airbus.  Even switching to "manual" fueling does not fix the issue.

Your GSX settings conform to those of FSL contained in their manual ?

I will check the manual.  Never had issue before.  Thank you for the heads up.
