Réinstallation GSX

Hello, I want to reinstall GSX on my new computer. I bought it in 2013 on Simmarket. I re-download it to my account on this site and when I launch it I have the following message:
An error occured while trying to replace the existing file. Delete file failed ; code 5 Accès refusé
Can you help me, thank you in advance

You probably started the installed without waiting for the simulator to close. Reinstalling after a Windows restart will surely fix it.

Hello, thank you first of all for your help. I managed to install GSX which appears well in the menbus bar (Alt). But when I press ctrl + f12 I only have the three demonstration airports. How to have the rest?

J'ai réussi à installer GSX. Dans Add on manager ma clé n'est pas reconnue (je l'ai acheté chez simmarket)

Have you activated GSX. You haven't said which version of GSX you're using, so if you have GSX Level 2, you require GSX Level 1 to use it, and both must be activated.

As explained quite clearly on the GSX web page:

The one and only installer there is for GSX contains the L2 expansion. The L2 features will activate ( or not ) if you activate GSX Level 2 with its own activation key.

If I understand correctly I need a second key for level 2 which is not the one when I bought GSX in 2013.
Should you buy this level or how to get it.
When I bought GSX I only needed the one key that came with the purchase and GSX worked fine.

Of course. L2 is called "Expansion" for a reason, it came out in 2018, and it's a separate OPTIONAL purchase.

When I bought GSX I only needed the one key that came with the purchase and GSX worked fine.

You GSX key STILL works fine, but it will activate only the base GSX feature you bought back then.

Should you buy this level

It of course depends on you. Are you interested in replacement jetways world wide, animated passengers and a fuel hydrant service ? If yes, you need GSX L2.

Is GSX activated. Having it installed is not the same as having it activated, and you never did answer this question when I asked the first time.

You haven't said if you managed to complete the installation without the error you had on your first report, which should have been solved as I've said, by running the installer again after a Windows restart.

Yes GSX is activated and I restarted Windows several times.
Before I changed my computer GSX was working normally.
Now I only have the three demonstration airports.
I do not know what to do.....
