It's not a GSX bug, of course.
The issue with PANC has been discussed so many times on the forum ( just search for PANC ), and the method to fix these cases is explained at Page 24 of the GSX manual, the "Airport Visibility" paragraph, which explains how to deal with Auxiliary airports/helipads/seaplane bases very close to the main airport.
