I used to use GSX2 on my old computer.
I entered a license key to change my computer and use GSX2 again, but it says I can't use GSX2 because it's not the same computer I used before.
I think I need to turn off the license key on my old computer, but I can't use my old computer.
I want to use GSX2, what should I do?

That's not a problem, the computer id in the Deactivate page ( as the page says ), is optional, so you can still deactivate, even if you don't have access to the old computer anymore.

I don't know what that file does, our software doesn't use it, you must have done something wrong, since it's not required. In any case, as explained so many times on the forum ( and as explained on the manual too), you should not use the forum to post questions related to activation on the forum because, of course, we cannot support you well here, since you would have to supply details about your order you are not supposed to share in public.

That's why for questions related to the activation, you should always use the support email.
