Wouldn't have been best if you checked your email first, before saying you haven't received any answer so far ? Or, maybe, removing this post after you realized you WERE replied to, considering you also *replied* to that reply so, clearly, you must know we replied to you...
Of course, you shouldn't expect support would always reply with the same speed during the weekends so, the next reply explaining what you did wrong, will surely arrive in due time, during standard business working hours.
In general, you should not post on the forum for questions about reactivations and orders. It won't make support running any faster, especially in this case, since you posted AFTER you already were replied to. In fact, repeating the same question you already did ( and were already replied to ) by email, will make the support SLOWER for everybody, including you.
