So I've taken a look at the manual and from what I understand you simply enter the passengers/cargo/fuel in the LOAD/FUEL page on the pop up MCDU and then load it and once you call for refueling they will do their thing, but this doesn't seem to be the case for me. They just position themselves under the right hand wing and sit there and I continue to get the message to use the aircrafts refueling system, which I've already done.
I should mention that I do select LOAD INSTANT and I've even tried entering a new fuel amount after they arrive and loading it and it still does not do anything. Not sure where I'm going wrong with this.
