Hi, is the new terminal 3 update compatible with FS9?

No, we stopped supporting FS9 with new products in 2011, which is 6 years ago now...

There is a new term 3 update on Avsim. Do a search for "sfs-klas-fsdtv1.zip" and you should find it. It's for FS9. Enjoy!!

Do you know if this has the updated runway designations, as that also changed in addition to T3 being built?

Easy test would be just to depart from the 19s and overfly the intersecting runways. If you see 7s and 25s on the crossing runways, as well as the taxiways adjacent, then they weren't updated.
