GSX and the Luggage trolleys

Can anyone suggest why theres always 2 luggage tugs with trolleys sat at the head of the ramp that are never utilized? As you'll see in the screenshot when i call for boarding the baggage trolleys come after some minutes (they seem to always clash too when leaving and arriving) but the 2 at the head of the ramp as i said never move???

GSX has already been like this. However, the "unused" carts are supposed to go away as soon as you call Boarding. If they don't, it's a bug that we'll fix in the next update.
