two problems
« on: April 25, 2017, 12:49:21 am »
Hello, I got two problems with GSX.
1. when I start fsx, gsx crash and I got a message (picture attached).
2. The fueling truck always goes under the fuselage of the airplane (PMDG MD11).
I have GSX 1.9.9.11
I tried reinstalling gsx and the problem was solved for some days, then appeared again.

Thank you in advance.

This issue has been already discussed on the forum, and it happened because you must have disabled GSX from its menu, see here:

This also has been discussed several times, for example here:

The refuel point is not already pre-configured in GSX for all planes, but that's precisely the reason why GSX comes with an airplane configuration editor, so you can just edit its configuration for use in GSX.

The first problem was fixed, because the installer re-enables GSX, then it reappeared because you disabled it again. As discussed in all other threads about this error, if you don't want to use GSX on an airport, just don't call it: it won't use any memory. And if you want to disabled it permanently on an airport or several airports, the proper way to do that, as explained on the manual, is to use the disable_on_airports command in the GSX section of the Couatladdons.INI file.
