De-ice/push back

Hi,

After the De-ice completes there is no option for push-back.

Sure there is. I tried it now, and it works just fine.

If it didn't work for you, please indicate all the following:

- The scenery used.

- The gate used

- The airplane used

- The sequence of operations chosen in GSX.
