GSX update problem in FSX SP2

My Couatladdons.ini is with GSX enabled

but I still have the same error messages pop up.

I have just the same problem as you and I tried everything what you did and nothing helps. I`m despairing.
Is there any solution?

I can only repeat and confirm, the only possible reason why you have that message, is because you disabled GSX. See the above post for instructions how to enabled it back:

Yes I disabled the Add On and since that moment it doesn`t work anymore. I tried to use the fix, but it doesn`t work.

That's precisely the issue. You have the error because you disabled it.

The fix works, that's confirmed. Of course, you must do it correctly, and it's best editing the file when the sim is not running.
