refuel quantity error

greetings,

When i select to refuel the aircraft i select 25% in gsx menu , but after refueling i see that aircraft has only 5% fuel , for 60% in gsx menu , the aircraft has ony 7% fuel.i did not face such problem with other aircraft  where is the problem??

aircraft used : http://www.rikoooo.com/downloads/viewdownload/55/806
scenery: default fsx.
changes to aircraft config.: made changes to location of doors , fuel position .
GSX is updated to latest.

Look in the main folder for that airplane and check the fuel section of the aircraft.cfg file.

Here's the Fuel section for the default A-321.

See what they have in the "Usable" field (4th field) for each tank in that 777. Add them up and see if the total looks reasonable. There must be a data error somewhere.

Hmmm... That looks fine. Guess you'll need to wait for an official response.

How do you check the fuel quantity ? With a gauge supplied with the airplane ?

GSX, as it's done in real world, will load fuel in the wing tanks first, then it will use the center ones if needed so, if the fuel gauge you are using is not indicating all tanks, you might think GSX hasn't loaded enough, maybe because you are looking at the center tank only.

i use the default fsx fuel and payload view screen to check how much fuel is loaded. Besides this , using ctrl+z also brings up the red info bar at the top ,which shows the present onboard fuel in aircraft.

So, exactly, how much fuel has been loaded by GSX in each tank ?

screen 2a:shows begining of fueling by gsx (25% fuel option selected in gsx)
screen 2b: shows final situation with fuel in tanks

So, basically, your problem is that, while GSX is saying it's going to load at least 10.000 gallons, suggesting that more trucks will come, the refueling stops at 885 gallons, as shown in the screenshot 2b ?

I've been having the same issue i loaded 45.7% tanks and after the fueltruck did its thing the load sheet said it only had 9% total fuel.

- What was the quantity before you called the GSX refueling ?

- How much fuel you asked for ?

- How you selected the new quantity ( a preset from the GSX menu, or a custom quantity with the default loading page ) ?
